This little sweetheart will be turning one soon! I’ve been photographing her since she was in her mom’s tummy and it is amazing to see how she’s grown and changed so much in just one year!

This little princess didn’t want to miss a thing so she stayed awake pretty much the entire time she was here. (She did doze off for a little while in mom’s arms). I didn’t mind though, I loved her beautiful eyes!

describes this little girl perfectly. Miss A. stopped by for a photo session to document her 1st birthday milestone and I’m so glad she did! I had a difficult time (as usual) picking just a few for the blog, and I am really loving the black & white for this session. Sometimes certain sessions/images just call out to be printed/displayed in black & white, and I think this is one of them. Although I really do love the soft colours of the first image as well…

Project 52
I’ve decided that my life isn’t quite crazy/busy enough (ha!), so I’m going to start a year-long project. The goal of project 52 is to take a photo every week for a year. That part should be easy. It’s the organizing, editing, and printing/sharing part that I often don’t get around to. So here it is, my project 52 commitment = I will take, edit, and post at least 1 image of each of my 3 children each week!
