The Real Family Portrait | Manitoba Family Photographer
Everything changes. Photography has changed so much in the last few years and so has the family portrait. While sometimes it’s nice to have a traditional, posed, “everyone looking at the camera” picture of your family, more often than not people are looking for a picture of what their family is really like. And to tell you the truth, that is my favorite kind of family portrait too. The S. family was a joy to work with, they were fun & natural and I had a great time capturing who they are as a family.

Day 5 | Manitoba Newborn Photographer
I had the priviledge of photographing baby G. at just 5 days old. I love fresh babies. There is nothing quite like it. They are so tiny and new and they don’t stay that way very long, which is why I think it is so important to document this time in their life.

My little brother M. and his girlfriend D. were kind enough to indulge my request for a fun “anytime” session. I photograph mostly the “under age 5″ crowd so sometimes I like to try something new, think outside the box. Thanks for a great time guys & I hope you like the pictures so far!

Happy Birthday | Manitoba Baby Photographer
Last week I had the fun & challenging experience of photographing little S. for his 1 year milestone! Now you wouldn’t be able to tell from these pictures, but S. was not too crazy about my studio and the idea of having his picture taken. But in the end, I managed to get some shots that are definitely worth the work!

Fireman In The Making | Manitoba Children’s Photographer
When little H.’s mom contacted me to take his 2 year pictures she said he loves fire trucks and could we possibly have some pictures with them? I thought it was a fantastic idea and made the arrangements! You can see how much H. loved the trucks! He got his very own fire hat and he even got to sit in the driver’s seat! Fun!
